my hub is running on firmware 1.06 it starts up normally and recognizes the tip in the iron:

When I switch the iron itself on, the hubs suddenly says that there is no tip connected.

Switching the hub off and on again leaving the iron in the same port shows the same error.

When I plug the iron to the other port and cycle power of the hub, it works until the next restart of the hub.

I already tried another tip but that didn´s solve the problem:

Do you have any idea what to do?

During the first three to four months of using it, my experience was excellent. I was able to run some AAA games while still keeping up with my studies, which was everything I could have asked for. However, a problem eventually occur: the screen would randomly flicker and then go completely black. Even when this happens, the laptop would remain on, as I can still hear the audio from whatever video or game I was using.

At first, this issue happened about once a month, and I could use the laptop for several hours before the screen went black but over time, it has worsened to the point where the screen goes black after only a few minutes of use.

I have taken the laptop to multiple technicians in an attempt to fix the issue, but there has been no success. During the warranty period, I did not have the necessary funds to ship it back and request a replacement. So as of now I'm still searching for a technician or a solution to my problem.
