Black and Decker Air Station: Pump needs a new valve.

I have a very old Black & Decker Air Station. It's an electric air pump great for pumping up car tires etc. So despite being probably 20 years old, it still works great, with one catch. Like most pump valves, when you flip the lever back, it squishes a piece of rubber that squeezes the valve of the tube/wheel, which creates the seal. Well after 20 years, the rubber in my valve is completely dry-rotted. If I could get a new valve, this old pump would be as good as new. But as it stands now, you can't use the pump because all the air the pump tries to put in the tube, just escapes out of the pump's poor seal around the tube's valve.

Takes multiple ( 15-20) tries to fully Start and build pressure. With tank at 0 psi flip switch to run and it starts turning over slowly then pops the fuse. Wait for fuse to reset and turn on and same thing slowly turns over then blows fuse. This continues over and over till it warms up???? And finally stays on and builds pressure. What do you think it could be? Capacitors??? Head gasket?? Any suggestions would be appreciated. After it gets going it runs and restarts fine

Air Compressor: Open Amp Sensor error in GD compressor

Hi

I am working on Gardner Denver Compressor model Electra Saver.
I recently came across an error message Shutdown 'Open Amp Sensor'

This error message popped up within few minutes upon turning on. There is a light on the Compressor motor as seen in above pic, don't know what it means. The motor doesn't get hot.

After pressing Reset & then Constant run, the compressor runs, in most of the cases - all day. But sometimes it stops after running for few hours with above error message.

I tried to look thru the manual but couldn't find above Error message.
Any thoughts what this error is for & how to fix it?

Thanks
