Amazon Echo: Power outage screwed up some parts but not others

Hi everyone!

My amazon echo was plugged in during a power outage, and now that the power is back, the echo has the power light above the cable on, and when I hit the mute button on top, the red mic lights up, but the light ring, speakers, and microphone don't work. I can connect to my device by bluetooth but no sound comes out when I play music, and it doesn't register questions when I ask. The device say it is "online" on the app. Is it possible the power outage destroyed only these features? Also, any fixes?

It wasn't dropped or bumped but was packed on it's side for the trip is that a problem? When plugged in nothing happens. I tried the reset button several times.

Amazon Echo: How to reattach ribbon cable on microphone board?

So the microphone board flew off when the device fell onto the floor. Everything else was in tack before hand. The ribbon cable won't stay in when I try to reinsert it into the port. It stopped responding to my voice after it was dropped and I assume that's because of the ribbon cable being detached.

Amazon Echo: Echo Acting like an 80s robot that is misfiring

My Echo is out of warrantee and recently she has been very strange. She frequently doesn't respond to my voice commands and then shuts down and/or says she lost internet connection, which is fine with other devices. Could it be steam from shower (which is low as I keep door open in bathroom when shower is being used) or something else? She is acting like a misfiring robot from an 80s sitcom at times. I'm not sure what to do?

"Echo" has so many holes around outer housing. I guess that it is impossible to make injection mold. it looks CNC.

Please let me know how to make this hole.

I have already seen 'Tear-down' and disassembled it myself.

My question is how do they make the holes in the outside.

Normally it is possible to process using a CNC machine, but it is presumed that it is not the case for ' Echo '.

Considering the cost of producing the parts of product, it is probably made from plastic injection, in my guess.

please tell me know how to make this holes on outer case.

Echo Remote with 1st Generation Echo

The original Echo remote which I have, which used to work, and then it was misplaced for a while, and then found, is not pairing.

The batteries were replaced, and then instructions were followed on the app to pair remote, but nothing… App states “ Replace batteries, Hold play button for 5 seconds, Wait for up to 40 seconds"…

Can someone help me with this please.
