The car spins the engine, pulleys all move, I’ve changed the spark plugs, spark plugs wires, ignition coil, ignition timer, but it won’t start but will chug why won’t it start?

May specifically, "California" 1980 Corvette has a check engine light stuck on code 12. Meaning, after the first four start-up code 12's, indicating it is in diagnostics mode, it just keeps flashing the number code 12. Not a failure code. Plus, at this time, the car did not pass smog, but only at the 2500 rpm's part of the test. At idle, it passes no problem.

Hi, all. The passlock feature on my truck engages occasionally without cause, making me sit and wait out the 10-minute delay. This is always inconvenient and has the potential for being a safety hazard. Does anyone have an idea for how I can permanently disable this feature?

I turn the key and I get nothing. It doesn't do it all the time but it does it frequently. Replaced the starter and solenoid, checked connections at the starter, changed relays around, changed ignition switch, and even tried to bypass all that and put in a start button (that worked when it was installed but now it doesn't) it really has me stumped. Does anyone have any other suggestions for this problem?

I have a 2023 Chevy Malibu and my screen suddenly stopped working. The back up camera comes on and is sometimes looking like a kaleidoscope. I’ve changed out the actual screen and the problem hasn’t changed. I’ve tried soft and hard resets and nothings changed still.
