Coby Tablet: I dropped my tablet on carpet and the screen is messed up

I dropped my coby kyros mid7048 tablet on carpet and the screen is now covered in black spots and black, white and colored lines. Is there any way I'd be able to fix it myself, bring it in somewhere to get it fixed or is it gone for good?

Coby Tablet: Where can I find a replacement battery?

My daughter's tablet, a Coby MID-7036 will not power on and not charge. I have it taken apart and see the battery connector is soldered onto the motherboard. I can de-solder it or snip and strip the wires to connect a new battery but I can't find a replacement battery anywhere. Any ideas where else I can look or is there a way to use a battery with similar dimensions and capacity?

Coby Kyros MID7012: Booting a tablet by a new person

How and what apps do I need to reboot a tablet? can a new person accomplish this with no experience in flash booting? My tablet crashed due to improper instilation of music video and the fact that I was haveing battery problem from the day that I bought it used. If I buy a new battery on E-Bay and it does not start what is the next step? Is it worth a new battery as a Coby?
