Монитору лет 15 где то. Монитор LG Flatron W2343S

I was just on call in discord and all of a sudden it just shuts off. When i try to on it again, the turns on for a millesecond and turns off. Then it wouldnt turn on again unless i take out the plug and plug it again. I bought a new motherboard thinking its the motherboard problem. But it still didnt work. But now, it took a few seconds then it blinked. My old motherboard would blink immdiately and my new one will take a few seconds
