I checked the DOM and it is from 2023 so it isn't all that old so I think the hours will be low, but is there an accessible way to get into the SM on these Aopens? The newer Samsungs with the firmware update USB port no longer have this, but this Acer doesn't have clear signs it has the issue where you have to use a dongle to check the SM.

Can't find the SM for this thing, or a tutorial.
