I have this issue...my toothbrush io 9 display has stoped working but everything else working fine....i open it an and found water inside...this could burn the display? can it be fixed?

I got an idea since of repair guide hasn’t been made of about throwing free batteries and not do a respectable job. I’m an electronic expert just retired from the military. I have ICET certification , bachelors degree in electronics.

Braun Oral-B Type 3771: Motor starts, then stops immediately.

The Oral- B Brain type3711 seems to have motor issue. Holds charge, battery indicates full charge. The option selector works. But when I power on, it briefly turns on at very lower power then stops.

Oral-B Professional Care Type 3754: Before you buy: iFixit battery does not have long enough solder tag

The battery requires a long solder tag on one side to reach the board of the 3754, and the battery listed in the parts section for the 3754 does not have a long enough solder tag. For reference, this is the battery I pulled out of my toothbrush:

I'm a very amateur solderer so if anybody knows a way to finagle this or a source for batteries with longer tags, it's much appreciated! Here's the solder tag peeking out of the battery holder.

For anyone else trying to replace the 3754 battery by following the 3756 guide, be aware there are some additional pads to desolder and plastic clips in the 3754 that are very easy to melt... oops.

Hello, I have two Oral-B Type 4729 (not like this though). When I went to replace the battery (disassembled them using this video), one of them was completely rusted due to base gasket failure, while the other one is ok but the base gasket is completely ruined.

Does anyone know what could I buy as a replacement?

When takeing bottom of to replace the battery take spring out and then there is a copper wire wrapped around something and leads to batterie I'm curious does that copper wire suppose to be connected to mother board in two places in order for charging to work..mine wont charge and ya copper wires mite be unhooked or I'm wrong please help

The toothbrush works well when it is fully charged but when the charge drops below approx. 75% it indicates an empty battery. I therefore think that the battery needs to be replaced, it is about 3 years old.

Philips Sonicare DiamondClean: My sonicare toothbrush loses power

Hey my sonicare toothbrush sometimes works, sometimes doesn't turn on any lights. If I hit sink couple of times with side of bottom it will turn on (lights up) and will work but then again does not.

Rubber button is in perfect condition. Clicky as always and works 100% time if lights are on.

It's exactly 3 years old.

Also it seems it's more difficult to take it off the charger but if it's in "working mode" it will charge normally, maybe something about the magnet.

What can I do?

When I go to hit the power button my toothbrush vibrates 3-4 times in sets of two but won't turn on and vibrate. No lights show or anything... Also, it won't charge when in the case or the glass cup. Is it a battery issue or what?

Oral B 3767 Toothbrush turns on and off after a few seconds. When it turns off it flashes both red and green 4 times.

It now also turns on automatically when I take it out of the base.
