Pixel 6 перезагружается в случайный момент, например при просмотре видео. Часто случается до или после нажатия кнопки видеозаписи. Недавно произошло такое, что pixel перезагрузился и застрял на логотипе G, но я зажал все кнопки, и он перезагрузился нормально. Подскажите пожалуйста, в чем может быть дело? Сброс/откат на android 15 пробовал, не помогло

У меня есть мой Pixel 8, который приехал ко мне бракованным. Это самая распространённая проблема у этих телефонов и это розовая полоса. Я узнал в интернете, что это из-за штырей, которые внутри телефона касаются экрана, и появляются полоски. Я бы хотел удалить их, но не знаю, нужен ли мне клей. В нескольких разборках я видел, что они наносят клей, если меняют батарею или экран, а у меня клей уже есть. Если я просто открою, уберу и защёлкну экран обратно, то обязателен ли клей? И как после этого будет вести себя влагозащита? Останется ли он таким же влагозащищённым или уже нет?

Hello, so I've just performed a battery replacement using the ifixit battery replacement kit and tutorial, and while that works all well and good, I've noticed the proximity sensor has stopped working. It now seems to be permanently detecting that something is in front of it even though nothing is, which results in lift to wake not working and the screen going black during phone calls.

I've definitely narrowed it down to being a hardware issue as it still happens during safe mode, though nothing happens when applying pressure to the sensor or around it.

I'm not sure if I should re-open the phone, since I don't have an extra set of adhesive to re-close it, and I don't even know what I'd do once it was open. So does anyone have any suggestions?

Google Pixel 10a: Pixel 10a — Full midframe housing swap after 6th floor drop

Hey everyone,

My one-month-old Pixel 10a (GE1GQ, 256GB, Lavender) took a fall from the 6th floor. The screen and midframe housing are completely destroyed, but I'm fairly confident the motherboard and wireless charging assembly survived.

I'm planning a full rebuild and wanted to get some advice from people who've done something similar.

What I'm replacing:

Screen/display assembly
Midframe housing
Back cover (likely)

What I believe is salvageable:

Motherboard
Wireless charging coil

My specific questions:

Transferring components from old housing to new: The vibration motor and upper ear speaker are both adhered to my current midframe. The bottom loudspeaker pops out easily, but the other two will need careful removal. Any tips on getting these off cleanly without damaging them? Heat gun, isopropyl alcohol, or just patience?
Front camera bracket: There's a small metal bracket/cage where the front camera sits in my current housing. Will a replacement midframe typically come with this, or do I need to transfer it over?
Thermal pads/paste: There are thermal pads stuck to the current housing around the board area. Should I reapply fresh thermal paste/pads on the new frame, and if so, what should I use?
Midframe sourcing: I found one on MobiSentrix. Is that a reliable source for Pixel parts, or is there a better vendor I should consider? Open to suggestions.

This is my first major repair so I want to get it right. Any guidance — or things to watch out for that I might be missing — would be really appreciated.

Google Pixel 7: Heat build up after screen replacement

I recently completed a screen replacement on a Google Pixel 7 (genuine and bought from iFixit). While the display functions perfectly, I've noticed some heat buildup near the screen connector during use. I confirmed the connector was securely seated before applying the adhesive and sealing the device. I never really noticed any heat buildup while using my old screen, perhaps because I'm using a phone case. Should I be worried about the heat? Thanks and appreciate any guidance on this.

My Google Pixel 9a screen is intermittently flashing white. I have already verified that the internal display connection to the logic board is secure and not damaged. The software is also up to date.

What else could be causing this intermittent white flashing? Is this a known issue with the Pixel 9a OLED panel, or could it be related to another internal component like the logic board?
