У меня старый ноутбук HP 530 series. Проблема в том, что спустя 10-12 минут работы он зависает намертво, исчезает курсор и ни на что не реагирует. Батареи нет, работает по сети (от розетки). Ничем не модифицированный (аппаратная часть не менялась, кроме HDD, для лучшей работы и для большего места). Недавно чистил - не помогло (но продувка лучше стала). Скажите, что делать? Как быть?

Running Windows 8.

My father's laptop isn't working. When you turn it on it starts to load Windows 8, but only says "Preparing Automatic Repair" then goes to a black screen.

I tried holding the power button for 20sec, but there was no change during start up.

I restarted again and tried holding F9, F5, F10 to try and run a self diagnostic test, but that didn't work either.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I tried replacing the battery with a new one, and tried using a different charger, and still have the same issue.

Update (11/14/2021)

A late update: ~1 month after resolving the issue, the laptop started having similar problems again. To solve them, i just removed 1 of the RAM modules. Haven't had any more issues, apart from a defective battery. So it seems the problem was the RAM.
