добрый день.

верхняя крышка принтера заклинила в открытом состоянии под углом в 45 градусов. снял эту крышку. рычаг с правой стороны принтера на котором крепится эта крышка в заклиненном состоянии. в чем причина?

The printer will print fine with one page at a time manual feed. The feed rollers drop down on the paper but will not turn when it touches the paper. Have looked for answers all through HP support and have only found that HP doesn't do anything about fixing this problem. Has anybody taken one of these apart yet to see how they can be repaired? Any good ideas about how to start?

hp Officejet Pro 8600 Plus: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system"

"Turn off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.

I have unplugged the machine, removed the ink carrage and cartriges, does not help.

Any suggestions?

my printer won't print. it says the printer head is broken. It is the kind that does not come out. can you tell me how if I'm able to fix this or do I need to buy a new printer? I just bought this a few months ago it's basically a new printer. I need help please help me!! :)

Would love to ad a picture. When you install new printer cartridges they move to the right and then back to print mode when you close the lid. "They" are not moving back to print and "stuck" on the right hand side.

I love this printer and agree with the description you posted. I have extra ink cartridges so would love to fix the printer and keep using until my ink drys up!

The printer continually tells me my HP 901 color cartridge is empty -- even after I have just replaced it -- and refuses to print in color. The black cartridge gives it no trouble. Is it possible that the contacts for the color cartridge are fouled or damaged in some way?

I bought this HP Officejet Pro 6830 e All-in One series in March 2015 and it worked very well...got new ink worked for awhile.....I do have kittens and they were jumping on it...I know the printer is sensitive....could they have caused this problem??? Now it will NOT PRINT....but says: "Problem with Printhead"???? What can be done???

The printer will not pick up the paper to feed it into the printer. It displays the load paper into main tray message even though there is plenty of paper. It seems like it could be a paper sensor issue.

Power of correct voltage is being provided at printer power input terminal. Printer on/off button has no effect. Printer appears "dead". HP Customer Service FAQ not helpful for this problem.

HP Photosmart: Photosmart 7510e - Paper not feeding automatically, Will feed Manually

With paper in the printer "No Paper Error" keeps coming up. When the printer status page it printed the feed rollers move down to the paper however they do not roll or move at all to pull the paper through the printer. All of the additional rollers after the feed rollers are working properly because when you push just one sheet of paper through the feed rollers the second rollers will grab the paper and pull through the duplexer rollers.

I am looking for a guide to the teardown process to get to the feed rollers to see if a gear is broken.

I installed a new HP 564 black ink cartridge, and nothing black printed. I ran the "clean print head" program, and the colors print brilliantly, but still no black. I put in a second new cartridge, still nothing, It printed fine yesterday, albeit a little dim.
