Телефон - Huawei P30. Начала заканчиваться память, не успела почистить, выкинуло в резервное копирование (дословно не помню, как было написано), попробовала сохранить данные на флэшку, но телефон сел быстрее, чем они перебросились. Попробовала перейти в eRecovery (фото прикреплено), и теперь он оттуда не выходит никак, ноутбук его не видит (то есть он подключается, но так как на панель зайти и поставить на телефоне "передачу данных" я не могу, максимум - что выдает, это зарядка). Всё, что подсказал интернет - ничего не работает.
Нужно вытащить фотографии и файлы с него, в идеале, конечно, вернуть в прежнее состояние. Нести в сервис боюсь, так как много личной информации в файлах, которые нужно сохранить. Подскажите, может, кто сталкивался, может есть какие-то проги, чтобы вытащить через пк все данные с телефона.

I've had this phone for almost 2 years now and its working quite fine.

However in the last few months the microphone started acting up and this is quite troublesome as i make a lot of phone recordings.

Whenever i now make a video or a voice recording the audio only pans to the left ear of any set of earphones/headphones i have. I've tried using different recordings apps but nothing seems to work. Anyone have an idea of what's wrong? Would be a great help :)
