I didn't charge or use my tablet for about 3 months. Yesterday when I tried to switch it on by power button, there was no response. Then I tried to charge it by its original charger but only the small red light was flashing and no battery icon was there on the screen. I hold the "power + volume down " keys together for more than 15 seconds but nothing happened. It is not charging at all. It doesn't turn on also. I am in a fix. Please help.

I have in installed Google home and in the settings cleared the cache and data but still get same error message

I have a mediapad T2 and the screen has multiple cracks and spider web cracks from it being dropped. How hard is this to replace? Has anyone ever replaced one? Looking for help and a list of what I need to get this accomplished. Parts, tools and any other useful info.

Hi,

I've tried few different chargers with no effect. So I have decided to open back panel and I've noticed that when I attempt to charge device battery stays completely cold but area right under sim card slot getting really hot. There's picture:

When I plug the phone into charger it indicates that its charging from 2% immediately it goes to sleep mode charging and you press the power button to confirm if its still charging,it will stuck on the 2% and won't charge again.

Hi, tried to uninstall to reinstall cos freezing with Gmail. Probably messed up settings. Factory reset but still same. Blank Play screen, Gmail not letting me add email address. Can get Gmail thru browser so is ok, but Play is just blank. Tried to force stop, delete cache in settings and restarting, but still same. No way to update apps or add more, as no Play.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated :-)
