When disconnecting the battery from my Kindle, instead of just the cable coming off, the piece it connected to came off also. That piece was recycled with the old battery. I now have the correct replacement battery, but nothing to connect it into or onto the board of the Kindle. Is this piece replaceable/repairable? And if so, how?

Attached photos: On the battery cable and board photo, I tried to number the 2 important parts [I think: 1. shows where the 'connecter was once attached to the board. 2. is the battery piece that connects the connecter in the second photo 'unattached battery connector'. I don't know how the connector would be attached or reattached to the board or if it is replaceable.

Thanks.

Kindle Scribe: How can I get battery replacement and replace it?

My Scribe is 1 year old and I abuse it pretty much daily. I read on it for about 8-10 hours a day and take notes on it too during the class, which is about 90 minutes per class (I have 8 classes). The heavy note taking is not my concern, it's the reading. I usually charge mine from 40%-80/85% like everyone suggested, but lately I see a difference in the battery's capacity and I have been charging it more often than usual. I know it's a pretty new device, but how can I get a new battery and replace it myself? The device seems to be fragile too, unlike paperwhite

Kindle 7th Generation: How can I repair my kindle's screen?

Hello.

so I have an 8th generation Kindle (iFixit only let’s me mark the publication as 7th generation), and the screen stopped working one day in which I bended it a little bit accidentally. The device still works, it’s only the screen what doesn’t display content properly. I adjunt a video showing the problem, please watch it to understand: https://youtu.be/4z5dJMqSwvo

My question is how can I repair it? Maybe changing the screen will be enough?

I want to repair it. I hate throwing away stuff and this waste culture we have.

I have already tried resetting it. The model number is SY69JL.

Kindle 7th Generation: How can I fix my kindle Paperwhite screen separation?

I went into replace the battery and unfortunately the screen separated from the glass. (Bottom right corner) It's not cracked or broken but acts more like a protective film you'd put on your phone. When I try to push that area out like you would remove air bubbles, these lines go away for a second. So I'm assuming there was some sort of adhesive keeping the glass and plastic film together. Do I have to replace the entire glass or is there some way to salvage this?

Amazon Fire 5th Generation: Amazon logo bootloop. (Possibly because of corrupt recovery?)

I’ve had this tablet for about 4 years now. I bricked it about 3 years ago but I don’t remember what bricked it. I tried to fix it several times but I never had success. I don’t have a lot of experience with android devices (I’m an Apple guy). My guess is that I was installing a custom recovery but it was for the wrong model. When I tried to boot it up for the first time in about a year there was nothing on the display. I reconnected the display cable and it showed the battery charging symbol when I plugged it in. Then it started to bootloop on the silver amazon logo (not the fire logo) as I remembered. It refuses to enter recovery which leads me to believe that I’m correct about the recovery being corrupt. As far as I know there is no other way to connect it to a computer. Apple devices have DFU mode which can always be entered even if there is no NAND flash chip at all. Is there any DFU equivalent for this device so I can try to flash the stock recovery? Its not a big deal, I bought this tablet for $50 4 years ago and its only worth about $25 now. It just annoys me that it’s been bricked for 3 years. Thanks!

Kindle Fire HDX 7": How to get files off of a kindle fire HDX?
