OnePlus 2: Won't charge while turned on and drops charge

I have had my OnePlus 2 phone for two years now. I haven't had any problems with it until recently. It was charging fine but now it won't charge right. I plug it in to charge and the charging light will come on but then it stops charging. The only way I can get it to charge at all is by turning it off and letting it charge that way. But once I have it charged to 100% and go to use it, it drops dramatically. Like for example it'll be at 100% and if I let it sit there and not touch it it drops down to 80% within 2 minutes. At first I thought it was the charger so I got another but it still did the same thing. I haven't bought a new cord as of yet.

Hi everybody, My screen glass is damaged and I'd like to substitute it with a new one that i found for a very low Price. Can I remove only it for example heating the glass? Everything is working fine so i'd prefer to not disassemble the entre Phone

my one plus 2 fell in water and I can't hear anyone on opposite end wen I call.. I can hear em on speaker but not on handset.. WiFi too isn't working.. wat is the problem?? I can listen to videos and games but can't hear during calls.

OnePlus 2: Broke the antenna connection when replacing screen

Hi,

I removed the antenna wire a little too hard when I was going about replacing the screen and now it won't connect to the bottom board, I assume I just need to solder it onto the bottom and everything will work fine.

But I thought I'd ask just incase, has anyone else had this issue and fixed it by soldering?

OnePlus 2: !HELP! Bootloop because of low battery ONEPLUS TWO

My OnePlus Two turned off because the battery was low, however after it turned of the phone got in a bootloop but fails to start since the battery is dead... the phone also doesn't seem to charge... any idea on how i can make the phone stop bootlooping and just stay off so that i can charge it properly?

I've already disconnected and reconnected the battery from the motherboard but is soon as i reconnect it starts bootlooping again

Some time ago my OnePlus 2 screen started to malfunction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKoQ_Tuc...

I have tried to reflash ROM etc., nothing seems to fix it and the heavy screen flickering (on high brightness) seems to point to a hardware issue.

I'm currently using another phone, but would like to experiment with the OnePlus 2 since I don't have anything to lose. I'm wondering could baking in the oven (aka solder reflow) in this situation help? If so, what would make more sense - “baking” the motherboard or the display?

Hey guys,

I have a spare part laying around: IF330-012-1 (to be exact). This can be picked up for around $20 some places and I want to know if there's any data out there about the screen and digitizer assembly. I'm looking to repurpose the panel as a small and portable monitor and would love to find some I formation about the pins on the FPC connector and/or a datasheet on the module.

From what I see it's a 44 pin FPC/FFC connector at the end of the ribbon and is the only interface to the phone when installed.

There is a connection loss problem. network is available only out side of home or strong area network. cant talk on running vehicle.some time receiver dont get proper voice. internet connection is also available in outer side of home.

I have a OnePlus2 phone which after a hard fall on concrete about 8 months back often freezes with bottom half of the display showing coloured lines like the attached image and then reboots automatically . After the reboot the phone is back to normal and touch and features work perfectly, but the battery gets drained by about 10-15%. This happens randomly about around once a week, sometime it happens twice or thrice a day, and sometimes it doesn't happen for weeks. I thought of managing with this, but when I depend on my phone like navigating during a trek, it reboots and gets me into trouble.

I have tried OS updates, factory reset and I also installed a custom ROM and this still happens occasionally. So it definitely looks like a hardware issue

I checked with the OnePlus store and they suggested me to replace the entire display, but I thought it was not worth it as the phone is about 2 years old now and the cost of display also was very high.

What has gone wrong with my display? Does this seem like a minor or a major issue ?

Kindly note that as this happens randomly, I could take the picture myself. I managed to find a similar image on the internet.

OnePlus 2: Replaced screen on one plus two but have an issue after booting

I replaced the screen and since then when I try to boot the device I get to a screen that says powered by android and then after it bypasses that screen the screen goes completely dark and afterwords once it has finished booting up I can use the buttons and it has sound(my alarm went off) and the screen just remains black like it is powered off and I have taken it apart and put it back together a few times to make sure that everything is connected and have seen multiple youtube videos and when I attempt to do a fastboot it gets stuck on the fastboot mode screen with the oneplus logo and just says on that and never seems to finish
