Poco F4: на экране вертикальная белая полоса

ближе к правому краю вертикальная белая полоса и прям рядом с ней маленькая зелёная тоже вертикальная если надовить на нижнюю часть экрана то на экране появляется ещё полоса, почему так, менять экран или что делать?

Hi, i have a problem with my phone Poco F4, the battery stuck at 15% not increase or decrease, then i cant open the camera also, i already try to change the battery at xiaomi service center, the result with the new battery is normal, but after 5 minutes running test , i try restart my phone with the condition new battery the problem is back again battery stuck 15% and cant open camera also, so i don't know whats the problem, and i don't know what should i do.

First time doing DIY screen removal. yes this is on me. screen is working prior to removal of it but there's a gap on the bottom corners which needs to be glued.

here're the things that i did which may lead to this project going souht.

lcd is still connected to the mainboard. battery is still on too.
when i removed the screen. the copper film peeled off from the panel.

I believe nothing should be damaged. afaik the copper film on a poco f4 "GT" [cant find a device like this on the forum], is typically meant for heat transfer.
