на зарядке телефон слишком быстро заряжается, а потом слишком быстро разряжается, порой даже на глазах заряд утекает. так же при этой разрядке появляются сообщения "заряд упал более чем на 20%". помогите решить проблему

I tried different chargers and pressed the power button many times, but nothing happened. The screen is completely black—no light, no vibration, no sign of life.

I took it to a few mobile repair experts. They tried to revive it by revoking the processor maybe, but it didn’t work. One expert said the memory chip might be the problem and could need repair.

The most important thing is, I have very valuable data in that phone—photos, files, contacts, and work documents. I don’t have any backup, and I really need this data.

my phone is charging, i tried using two data cable but in pc it does not show up, also in device manager its showing like the driver is not reconized. also i connected a pendrive and mouse using otg but mouse does not get power from the phone and the pendrive does not show in phone.
