Samsung Galaxy SL: телефон не включается, ведет себя странно

включаю я телефон на зарядку и вот включается и сразу выключается, когда нажимаю кнопку home и нижняя кнопку громкости и кнопку питания переходит в режим download но потом выключается через 6 или 3 секунд(ы) а потом продолжает включаться и выключаться, если не нажимать кнопку home тогда экран появиться но будут вертикальные полосы иногда красные или желтые а могут вообще не появитсься и потом выключиться. подскажите пожалуйста почему и как устранить эту проблему? не хочу новый телефон брать

Samsung galaxy SL: Soft keys (back&menu keys) are not working!

really need help for my samsung galaxy!! At first my screen used to get frozen so i used to do hard factory reset for it but still it used to persist often then once when i factory resetted my phone the touch screen started working perfectly fine!! but then the menu key & the back key stopped working! only the home key & other rest of the keys are working. i think its a software problem because the light still works when i switch on or whn i press the home button. I seriously need help!!

I updated my phone from gingerbread with ice cream sandwich firmware nw when I switch on only welcome screen shows continously . Not workable .
