Расскажу о своей ситуации - возможно, кто‑то сталкивался с подобным и сможет дать совет.

Четыре года назад я заказала iPhone 11 из Китая через Ozon. После получения приступила к его настройке. На одном из этапов вылезло уведомление об обновлении, и я решила его сразу установить. В процессе обновления(не завершив его) телефон завис, отключился, а затем начал самостоятельно перезагружаться каждые три минуты(и так по сей день).

Я оформила возврат через почту: мне вернули деньги за сам телефон и за пересылку. Однако спустя полгода телефон приехал ко мне обратно через почту.

Тогда я обращалась в несколько ремонтов техники. Мастера говорили, что не имеют опыта ремонта 11 модели и не готовы брать на себя ответственность, поскольку неизвестно, что находится внутри. Скорее всего, телефон был восстановленным.

Сейчас, спустя четыре года, я снова обратилась к ближайшему мастеру. Без диагностики и осмотра специалист заявил, что нужно заменить шлейф, а стоимость ремонта будет 14к рублей, объяснил что нельзя такие телефоны обновлять и все из-за этого.

В то время я купила точно такой же телефон, которым пользуюсь до сих пор, он мне нравится, но он уже износился. Я хотела бы отремонтировать первый, но сомневаюсь в целесообразности ремонта.

Буду благодарна за ответы тех, кто сталкивался с похожими ситуациями.

Телефон несколько раз сам перезагрузился и сильно нагрелся в районе чуть ниже камер.

При перезагрузке «яблочко» с артефактами, по виду похожие на битые пиксели.

Полежал в выключенном состоянии подостыл, включил, загрузился, но снова нагрелся и в ребут.

Посмотрел ошибку, не понял что с ним. Подскажите пожалуйста ,что это значит:

I also think it could be something with the 16.4.1 update. My sister’s iPhone 11 also had an issue with the update. It factory reset her phone, but saved all of the previous data (it wasn’t really a factory reset, but it showed the “hello” and “welcome to iPhone” screens). It also forced the phone to reset.

I have faced a pretty weird issue on an iPhone 11 I recently repaired. The back housing and the screen were completely shattered, but fortunately i had a new housing pulled from a working phone.

I swapped the logicboard and all relevant components e.g. cameras, antennas etc. into the new housing, installed a refurbished OEM screen and transferred screen data onto the new one.

The phone works completely fine, Face ID is working, TrueTone is restored, BUT:

Tap to Wake does not work if the phone is placed on a flat surface, e.g. my desk.

The ridiculous part? The feature does work fine if I have the phone in my hands or a Lightning cable is plugged into the port (no need to even connect it to power!)

Tried another replacement screen —> problem persists.

Updated the phone from iOS 14.7.1 to iOS 15 Developer Beta 4 —> problem persists.

I assume a grounding issue inside the charging flex, so my next step would be to replace it with another OEM part. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, I’m pretty much at a loss.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

This suggests a failure in the battery's thermal sensor communication. I have verified the battery connector is secure and clean. Since the part is within its one-year warranty period, I would like to request a replacement.

Got an iPhone 11 was not turning on when the customer brought it to me. Opened to phone and found a short on PP_BATT_VCC on the battery connector. Tried using rosin smoke method to find a short but i am unable to. I suspect it is the Tigris chip (u3300).

Any help would be appreciated! :D
