iRobot Roomba 560: Why is my Roomba not cleaning my carpet?

Even after using my Roomba to vacuum my carpet, there is still a lot of pet hair and dirt. What’s wrong with my Roomba?

Whilst the machine was cleaning my room, it got stuck with the prompt to "move Roomba to a new location then press clean to restart". While I was moving the Roomba and attempting to remove the duster, I accidentally dropped the Roomba onto the ground.

Since then, it has been repeating the same prompt but not been operating. Please help?

The irobot customer support recommended to me to replace the bin. But, I don't agree.

iRobot Roomba 4100: Cleaned machine, still not working?

When I turn my roomba 4100 series on, I get the 4 beeps, which indicates that a wheel motor cannot run. I have cleaned all parts and removed any debris. It still beeps 4 times. There seems to be nothing stuck around the wheels or brushes. Help!

My roomba turns on, goes in a circle and turns off. It shows an error, but I can’t fix the error because it’s in a different language. Not English or Spanish… I’m having a hard time changing the language because the options for changing the language are, you guessed it-in another language. Ugh!
