on my 2001 Chrysler Town and Country LXi, it ended up being the digital display temperature control in the center console,Iconsole(I may have caused a short when I replaced the fan blower),I purchased a used one for 60 bucks at a wrecking yard, just remember you need to reset the climate control hatch which is the recirculating image in the digital display, to do that you need to have the ignition on then press the power button and the recirculating button held down at the same time for about 5 seconds then you will see it start blinking then you let go of the buttons and it will continue blinking for about 30 seconds then it recognizes the little hatch so it opens and closes properly this happens every time you disconnect the small wires at the bottom of the fan blower motor below the passenger side just behind the glove box, then hopefully its starts working for you, it's not very difficult all you need is a Phillips head screwdriver and one of those 6 edge star drivers, good luck, PS, for the dial temperature control it is done a different way if you google it you should find the answer sorry I'm not sure how it works but it does have a reset system also
