@mountian first thing you want to do is to unplug your machine then plug it back in after a short while (I'd give it 10-15min) This will act like a reset. After that make sure that your power outlet works. If it dos not check your circuit breakers or fuses. If that checks out okay it is possible that you have a control board issueissue, a failed shift actuator, or a failed power door lock. youYou can check the door lock for continuity with a multimeter. If that is okay, then you want to take a look at the control board for any obvious damaged components. run the diagnostics and see if it gives you an error code. Let us know what you get:
here is the sequence you'll need to go through to display the error code.

1. Be sure the washer is in standby mode (plugged in with all indicators off). (press and hold the start/cancel button for 3 seconds to turn everything off)

2. Perform the following sequence of movement using the cycle selector knob. NOTE: AFTER RESET, sequence “a” through “e” must be completed within 6 seconds.

RESET - Rotate cycle selector knob counterclockwise to clear sequence.

a. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

b. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

c. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

d. Rotate cycle selector knob counter-clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

e. Rotate cycle selector knob clockwise one click and wait 1⁄2 second.

You are now in diagnostics. Turn the knob until just the "DONE" LED is illuminated. Push START.

Turn the dial one click to see the error code that is displayed by the LED's along the progress line. Let us know which ,and if, lights appear and let us know.
