How do I fix a glitchy screen?

The screen is shaky and glitchy. It occasionally does a split screen or has vertical white or colored lines. It's worked fine tho morning. I put it in my pocket, five minutes later I pulled it out and it was a blank screen. Eventually it got to where it is now.
