In answer to your question about charging, It's fine if you use your phone charger, It's probably not the most efficient since it's not rated for it but it'll be fine. [br]
 
 
To get your remote working again and to get to your network settings lets try re-pairing the remote.
 
• Hold down the Select button for 10 seconds to put the remote into pairing mode.
 
After completing this step your TV should say in the bottom right that the remote has been paired. [br]

Now you can go to your network settings and set everything as it should be. [br]
