When you deleted FAT32/nFATFAT32/exFAT partition and make it part of your GUID partition that did you in. A BootCamp install is a bit different than a raw Windows install which is what you did here. A BootCamp install creates a special folder to hold Windows environment in a VM space. A raw install is when you treat the Mac system as if it where a Dell/HP laptop but you made an isolated partition to run Windows vs MacOS.
