Very Lag and Slow After Screen Replacement

I have Pixel 2 with 128GB Hynix UFS and 4GB Samsung DDR4 RAM.[br]

I got an accident and makes my Pixel 2 screen’s broken, and now I want to replace the screen.[br]

I buy the screen from local seller (I live in Indonesia) and when I test the screen, my Pixel 2 become very lag and slow.

Anybody have / experienced this problem?   [br]

And what should I do to fix this problem?[br]
