Hi @ HAZEM M IBRAHIM,

What is the model number of the refrigerator?

If there is no water connected to the refrigerator (some have water dispenser only, not both water and ice), check that the freezer drain hose empties into the evaporator pan under the refrigerator and not onto the floor or that the pan is not full to overflowing. Some fridges have a heater in the pan to help evaporate the water. Thewater, others just use natural evaporation as they perform the auto defrost cycle more often so there is less water to evaporate.

The
water is the meltwater from the ice that is melted by the auto defrost cycle in the freezer.
