OMG! I can’t believe that I fixed the problem with a fall. Apple demanded $30 just to fix this. Just pop in a case then drop it from 3 feet making sure it lands on its back, force restart the iPhone by pressing the power button and the home button. That’s it, $30 saved!!!!!
