did you try starting with the only cable plugged in? Without battery? Also, did you make BIOS reset? (CMOS clear). If yes, did you try to remove your HDD and then startup? And for the last, if yes, did you try to exchange your RAM into another slot or exchange you RAM for a new one? (if you have two RAMs, you can try to remove first, try to boot, if nothing, remove second and put first, and start again).
