I would recommend going into the windows repair settings, and fully erasing/resetting the computer. If you are not able to do that, then here is what you must do:

# Once this is installed you can use the USB to reset the computer. Fully turn off your computer and restart into boot options. (to get to boot options it should be one of your F keys that you press while it starts up. The computer will tell you, keep your eyes on the top corners of the screen.
# Once you are in this menu click on the USB to boot into.
# Then go through the menus until you reach where it asks you which drive you to want to install windows 10 on. First, click on each drive and press delete. This will delete all of your data (but there is no other option, your windows are corrupted). Once everything is deleted, click on your main drive to install windows on and continue.
# Continue the process as the prompts appear on the screen, eventually, the process will be done, and now your PC will be functioning.

There is a method to keep the data however, that @jayeff suggested. He said: “the HDD (SSD?) [can] be removed and installed as a secondary drive in a desktop so that data can possibly be copied before attempting reset in original laptop.
