system initialization on the pcr

I have a problem, I was using two PCR (C1000 Touch thermal cycler) at the same time because I'm having many samples, unfortunately, all of them stopped working, and when I switch them on it only ended with SYSTEM INITIALIZATION on the screen.

Can anyone help me how to fix this problem?
