Hi, I have an A1224 EMC2210, no display but fans run and optical drive makes ejecting noise repeatedly

LED 1 ON

LED 2 ON

LED 3 Blinks every 2 seconds

LED 4 OFF

No video from mini DVI port in the back.  Suspect video card or logic board?  What does blinking LED mean?
