What my problem was is that:
# The firmware was not updated
# It could not find the original PC's OS Files
# Would not recognize Mac USB
# What solved this is I flashed Hackintosh Lion 10.7.5 onto my USB using balenaEtcher.
# Went into the boot menu and clicked OS X Base System. Before I could install it, I had to go into Disk Utility and erase my SSD. After this, I set the computer up (I recommend you do not set up iCloud, it takes forever.) and I kept updating it all the way to High Sierra. ****Don't go to High Sierra straight away, the firmware needs to be updated. Follow these steps!:***
## ***Install El Capitan, and Hackintosh by the way for all of them if you only have a Windows PC.***
## ***Install Sierra, DON'T UPDATE STRAIGHT TO HIGH SIERRA, IT REQUIRES NEW FIRMWARE.***
## ***Install High Sierra.***
