@babuyadla most common reason for any "white" spots on the screen are missing diffuser caps on the backlight strips. Sometimes they can be reattached with some adhesive, other times it will require a replacement of the strips. It all will depend on what this all looks like. so, just like it was mentioned in the comment, post some image of what your screen shows, with your question.
