There is no internal SD card slot but according to p.34 of the [https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/PM/201608/20160816105418264/EN/XE500C13_Manual.pdf|user manual] there's an ''optional'' SD card slot'','' on the left side of the laptop case that you maybe can use. Presumably optional implies depending on the exact model variant, so perhaps it isn't there on your model.
