I have an old Dyson DC 19. A bit out of date now but works well except for the opening of the bag when full. I have repaired the machine a few times like changing the cable and other parts that are available from the internet but opening beats me every time. I have to use a screwdriver to prise it open.
Now Dyson have a slogan on the body sayings, others clog but our don’t. Now I ask so much for the engineering, when you can’t open it when needed. What wrong with two or three clamps around the lip like other machines that leave no bother opening them. Bad quality control.
