As far as I know, there isn’t a way to replace the camera glass. The Apple Repair Manual doesn't mention anything about that, nor does iFixit. You will likely have to replace the whole camera assembly.

The glass assembly appears to be held in place with screws. See if you can remove the assembly. The glass might be held in place with adhesive. You should warm the adhesive to make it easier to remove. If you still can't remove them, I'd recommend you go to a repair shop.
