serial number after processor change
Will the MacBookPro serial number change after processor was replaced? Is the serial number belong to the motherboard?

The serial number belongs to the logic board.
The CPU processor is soldered onto the logic board so in order to replace the processor you would have to replace the entire board or if you had the equipment and skills, remove the CPU chip from the board and solder on a new one onto it.
