broken LCD display of iPhone4s
At the left hand corner one 1 inch black spot has come. how to correct it. whether only that portion will get correct or i have to change entire display.

Never seen a black spot, only white or colored. But hopefully new front assembly will fix this, otherwise it is Logic Board and no fix possible.

Sounds like a bad LCD to me. Like Brad said, replace the front assembly since there is no fix for a broken LCD.

Hi hope im not too late to answer , the black spot u see is actually a crack maybe due to impact on that particular spot, that black spot is like an ink leaking out on to the lcd, if you were to put a lilttle more pressure on the spot, u can see that it will spread slowly, and for this you cant repair the black crack spot, you will have to replace the lcd, its not a logic board issue, hope that helps
