Sol Kay, looks like there is no setting.
Water not hot or cold enough
Temperature limiter tripped. •Set the hot and cold power switches (on the back of the dispenser, if equipped) to the O (off) position. Wait 5 minutes; then set the switches to the I (on) position. Unplug unit for 5 minutes if model does not have separate power switches. Wait 30 minutes for water to heat or cool. Hope this helps, good luck.

IF your temp is set to coldest.. add ice. A cheap counter top ice maker would be perfect beside the cooler.
