Frankie Xenon, those little brown box things are SMD components, like resistors and capacitors etc. It is very hard to identify which ones they are. for that one will need the right schematic etc. To replace them, one will have to have the right tools and the right experience. You could try and match them according to a schematic, if you can get it, or you get try to get it professional repaired, if any of the shops has the right schematic. The only other thing would be to replace the board. Hope this helps, good luck.

Update

It could help if you post another image of the area outlined in yellow. If you have a macro lens that would help, I am trying to identify the "C......" but have trouble when I sharpen it. Right now it appears as if all the components are capacitors. It also could very well be that they are the same "size" (having the same values) Looks like a "Valhalla" board.

Update

To clarify what I am trying to explain:) a Picture is worth a 1000 words ;)

Replace the bad capacitors with new ones of same value as the caps shown on the image. Measure the capacitors on one sale to find out what capacitance they have. The big issue here will be that you need to have the right tools and the right skills.

Yes I have the soldering tools and i know how to solder but its the parts i need to find though. Thanks for the name, before i was searching all over the internet for the name but couldnt find any. Aso the bigger one that is chipped silver i can fix that because it shows number on it. But for the smaller one i have no idea what number code it is. Theres no number on the smaller one

That is correct, most of SMD components do not have numbers on them, that is why a schematic is very, very important. To solder the small components a hot air rework station would be best, but it "can" be accomplished with a very fine soldering tip. I am looking for a number stenciled on your motherboard. There are most likely a few different version out there and in order to even try to find a diagram, that numbers is of vital importance.

The part that is "ripped off" looks like a capacitor of the decoupling circuit. Most likely a 0.1UF 10% 6.3V X5R 402
