Click on your name in the upper right hand corner. Go to view profile. Click on the edit profile. Next upload upload the avatar you prefer. Drag it to your existing avatar and drop it. Save it.

go to the top right corner, click to view your profile. Then at your right there is a box with your details, on the top of the box there is an edit section. Then at the bottom of the page there is a tab "images" click upload a photo and drag it to the box where there is your current avatar.
