My ipod (80Gb) suddenly turns off when I want to listen to the music. And If I turns it on, it again turns it off by itself, showing the apple logo, and restarting the system. I already clean the memory, and I reset the system, but the problem is still there.
What else can I do?
Please, help!!!

Instead of it, I already changed it in the past, as I remember, maybe 2 years ago. But then the screen showed an strange logo. In this case, it doesn't show anything, just turn it off.

I there! One more thing about the issue. If I want to use the ipod at home, and I left it on the table, it seems to work fine. But yesterday, for example, when I unlocked the system, it automaticaly turn off. Or If I want to listen a song, it starts but sudden it goes down.
I am going to try with the battery, but the things that happen with my ipod are rare.
Daniel, when you say you unlocked the system, what did you do? If you play a song an d leave the iPod alone, will it play or will it immediately shut off or is there any time delay before it shuts off?
For example. I was using the ipod 5 minutes ago, and everything was working fine, the ipod was in my pocket and at the moment i toucht it to change the song, it shuts off. Rare!!
Sometimes, if I leave it in the table playing music, no problem, and other times, it shuts off. I have no clue about the problem
Once it plays, it plays until you touch the click wheel?

It could be the logic board.
My iPod 5G Video 3GB is doing the same thing, turning off randomly when playing music even though I replaced the battery in it yesterday.
Gonna have to get a new Logic Board. :/
