My Craftsman riding mower has been recently tuned up with a new plug, oil and filter change, and new air filter. It runs excellent, but after about 15 minutes of operation it stalls and won't stay running. If I let the engine cool for an hour or so it starts and runs excellent,but repeats the process again.

It sounds like you may have something in your fuel tank. I had this happen to me once. I had trash in the tank and it would float and eventually be sucked up to the fuel line and block it causing the mower to shut off.
