swap logic board differerent frequency

and i look like that i have to replace the logicboard.

When i buy the offered 2.4Ghz board from here, do i need something else , is that board FULLY loaded or do i have transfer parts from the 2.53 GHz board to the 2.4 GHz board?

From the picture of the 2.4GHz board, it looks like i have to install the heat sinks from my board ?

As my system doesnt boot right now, can i do that or do i have to make something first ?

Finally, will the book work then correct ?
