1 Can i Install fusion drive Hard drive on my imac 2011?
2 On my iMac Intel 27" EMC 2309 (mid 2011) happened that if it run more than 3 hours consecutive it ll overheats and screen become black ... i ve changed hard drive one time and it do it again .... thank you matteo

A Fusion drive is in fact two physical drives (a HD & a SSD) which via software is linked to look like one drive to you.
Yes, you could add-in a SSD and configure your current HD & new SSD as a Fusion drive but that doesn't solve your overheating problem.
If you want similar speed of a Fusion drive you could install a hybrid drive which is a single SATA HD with a built-in SSD (just swapping your current HD out).
Have you tried installing a temperature & fan monitoring app so you can see why its over heating? I would start there.
You are aware this version of iMac has a special HD which has an internal temp monitor. If you swap it out the HD you need to deal with the temp & fan control system.
Given the fact the system is working only shutting down when it over heats I think there is a good chance you might have a simple problem here.
Can you give us the make & model of your current HD and if it's one made for Apple or a third party drive.

Matteo - I would strongly recommend you get a good temperature & fan monitoring app so you can see why your system is overheating.
As this is not the original HD it sounds like the fan has gone.
What happens here is people didn't deal with the built-in temp sensor the Apple drives when they swapped out the HD so have so they let the fan run at high speed all of the time. Over time this will kill them as they are not designed to be running full bore all of the time. As the fan has likely died the whole system is overheating.
The fix is two parts:
* Replace the fan - Cheap fix
* Install a replacement sensor board and splice it into the sensor lead in the power cord (best repair).
* Or, install FanControl application which intercepts the SMART temp sensor these drives have and uses it instead. While this does work it does slow down your I/O a bit Vs the hardware solution.

Matteo - If you go into About This Mac and click more info it can tell you the make & model of the drive.
