My phone goes black on startup!

Yesterday my phone froze so i took out the battery and turned it back on but when i did it just showe the samsung logo and went blacl. i tried to reboot the system also but it just went black again! i also wiped the data and the cache. nothing is working! and i've never dropped it in water and i barely ever dropped it! help please!
