Today I downloaded a .zip (1% Battery Mod) file from this page:

I went to recovery mode and clicked 'apply update from .zip file' and opened that downloaded file. Then i rebooted my phone again. Since then, whenever i turn on my phone it keeps flashing Samsung continuously and doesn't start.
What should I do?

its the same problem on charging? well if it doesn't charge your samsung, you should contact samsung service for further tests. the problem maybe its on motherboard inside (the charging socket) maybe the wire disconnected or got dusts or rusts

My Samsung Galaxy Young wasn't turning on and simply showing the samsung logo and the twinkling light behind it. I did a restart by holding down the power button, the main button and the volume down button. It worked like a charm!

when my note 2 suddenly switched off , while opening, it only showed the logo and hanged on....even though i tried these methods from youtube but again it stops at the logo....what to do
Yes mine too...the same thing happened...it switched on and the logo showed up and dint go ahead. I pressed the three buttons too (power + volume up + volume down) but still it's not starting up or rebooting. Can you suggest something else please?

Yes it also worked for me. The downloading screen was kind of stuck so I had restarted my phone, it restarted but phone moved only 2-3 screens further and again it went to Samsung logo. I again went to same process and left the Downloading process for more than 3 hrs and restarted my phone. And now it is working as brand new phone as if we bought it.

Try a Factory Reset by the updat mode combinate buttons power+home+volume down

Hi There,
I also had same Problem and I followed below step:
1. Press power button to shut down you device
2.Press Power button+vol Up+ home key simulteneously
3.select"wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
4.Choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the whole operation.
5.After that select option "reboot system now".
6. wait for around 15 sec and there you are!! follow the steps to configure it.

I think you might wanna give you some tips on this -
try a hard restart on your phone
Plug it to charge and leave for 20-30 min and than try restarting your phone
and than first You may want to boot your phone in safe mode see if that help

Hi,
Can you try and go back to recovery mode.
after that erase data or whatever its says first.
Then you can reboot the device see if it works.
If it did your welcome.
if it didn't then go to a service provider.

It just showing welcome and start but I'm not able to click start.
i had this problem. I've scrolled all pages looking for answers trying all of the different ways and it just wasn't working. So i learned that if all else fails , just get a new battery.

6.Wait untiil format is complete
7.Select "reboot"
8.Wait until the phone restarts

try to download new firmware you can download it to google and and use samsung kies software to reprogram your device.

1.Turn off your phone

For me it just shows "samsung galaxy y 5360 " and not able to boot and not able to go to recovery mode also ....pls help

I kept my S3560 mob for charging longer time by then it is not powering on, I tried hard reset however im unable to power on my mob.. is there any troubleshooting step that i can perform and resolve this issue...
