My PS3 lagged? or is it something else?

when i turned it on it took quite the time to load up completely to reach the XMB,

that is the first problem

then when i tried to play some games, the audio and the video are not synchronized, the video goes on without problems but the audio are like somewhat far behind the video, its like i'm watching a scratched dvd, and it overlaps with every sound from the game,

for example, the game's opening has already ended and the main menu appeared but the sounds from the opening are still there, even after i started playing the game,

when i checked the BD disc, its fine, but i can't check my ps3 internals because i don't have the torx screwdriver,

so can my problems be solved?
