Screen replacement details(install it from new glow light)

Hi guys!

I have Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight bought in 2012.

Is it possible to replace my bad screen with a screen taken from new version of Glow Light ?

As i can imagine they can be compatible. The new screen has higher resolution and a bit more consistent light.
