problem with iPhone5 camera autofocus after the repair

Hello,

My iPhone5's speaker was broken and since I am not living in US and here is not any kind of warranty so I took it to a iPhone repair shop... after the repair everything was great but the camera. After the guy who repaid my iPhone autofocus does not work any more. I took it to him again and he changed the camera but there were no differences...

Would you please tell me what could it be ?

and please note that before I took my iphone to him the autofocus was working great and it happened after he replaced the speaker and the power flat.

Any help is really appreciated ....
